These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ServicePath 360 platform and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by ServicePath 360 ("we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Florida. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for use by K-12 schools, school districts, school administrators, parents, and high school students. By using the Service, you represent that:
ServicePath 360 is a cloud-based platform that enables K-12 schools to track, verify, and report student and parent volunteer hours. Features include hour submission and approval workflows, administrator dashboards, automated reminders, and reporting tools.
Access to the Service requires creating an account. You are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Schools and districts that subscribe to ServicePath 360 ("School Customers") agree to:

Access to the Service for School Customers is provided on an annual subscription basis. Pricing is quoted per school based on enrollment size. All fees are billed annually in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement. We reserve the right to update pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your renewal date.
The ServicePath 360 platform, including its design, software, and content, is owned by ServicePath 360 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Service. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process data submitted by School Customers in accordance with FERPA and our data processing obligations. School Customers remain the data controller for student education records.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, SERVICEPATH 360 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ServicePath 360 and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
Either party may terminate a subscription at the end of the current billing period with written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or if continued access poses a security or legal risk. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through direct negotiation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date and notify School Customers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
